This is heavy solid bronze, forged in Avalon, semi-sharpened and not over polished, for a timeless feel.
The blade is quite heavy in the hand and a glorious antiqued colour - the picture does not do it justice!
A basic leather sheath is also provided.
Here shown with 3000 y/o bog-oak haft. The curved finger guard is cut brass, and this one has a lozenge pommel, but the options on yours can be selected from the drop-down lists.
The one in the picture is sold - yours will be made to your specification.

These blades are made from hammered steel wire, fabricated entirely in Avalon, with unique patterns on the face of the blade - beautiful, and no two are identical.
Each blade takes up to five hours and many firings to complete.
Once again the balance is superb, and the quality of finish is brilliant.
