COVID-19 Please note: in the event of the Occult Conference being cancelled due to lockdown or any other reason relating to public health, we will fully refund all ticket sales.

Your ticket purchase assumes that you have read and agreed to these conditions.

You must be 16 years or older to attend the Conference.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you are unable to attend the Conference and have purchased any one of the following tickets: Full weekend, One Day, Half Day, your ticket is transferable, however, you MUST inform the organisers of the name change, otherwise entry/ticket transfer will be refused.

Only the original ticket holder/purchaser can make these changes.

All other tickets can be refunded (minus paypal fees) up to 30 days before the Conference begins, after that no refunds will be made.

Anything not covered in the policy set out above - please contact the Committee, our decision on refunds is binding and final.
