Many of these statues & plaques are expensive and delicate, and can be very difficult to replace, as they are individually hand-crafted, often taking several WEEKS to complete the processes involved.
We do our best to pack them securely and safely, but where items are marked INSURED POST ONLY - please note that the cost of insurance has already been factored in to the price of the statue - so you only pay the fixed maximum postage.
In the unlikely event of damage, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to replace the item - but it may take several weeks to get it refired, etc. We will reclaim all costs from the carriers.
Overseas customers please note - we are proud that we have now sent dozens of these statues all over the world - but most of these statues weigh over 2 kilos EACH (nearly 5 pounds) by the time they are packed for shipping - that makes them quite expensive to post - so we use couriers - who also have FULL tracking and insurance.
We will quote you a fixed extra cost for shipping BEFORE we charge your card, but to give you an idea -
Europe - approx £25 per statue
Rest of the World - approx £55 per statue
This is the cheapest deal we can get with our couriers - but it means it is fully trackable and INSURED!
